The Bagha Mosque was built in 930 AH, corresponding to 1523–24 CE, by Sultan Nusrat Shah, son of Alauddin Husain Shah of the Husain Shahi dynasty.
It stands at Bagha, about 40 kilometres south-east of Rajshahi city, and is known for the terracotta work covering its walls — among the finest surviving from the Sultanate period in Bengal.
The mosque appears on the Bangladeshi fifty-taka note.
